Post-Doctorate Fellow Opportunity

The Department of Occupational Therapy, College of Public Health and Health Professions at the University of Florida, invites applications for a full-time post-doctoral fellow. The post-doctoral fellow will engage, under the mentorship of Dr. Sherrilene Classen, PhD, MPH, OTR/L, FAOTA, FGSA in multidisciplinary research with a focus on driving rehabilitation. This position will provide intensive training and mentoring. Applicants must have a PhD in Rehabilitation Science or a closely related field and are preferably licensed/license-eligible as an occupational therapist in the state of Florida.

The UF Department of Occupational Therapy is housed in the College of Public Health and Health Professions, providing an enriched environment for research collaborations. Research funding within the College is first among all similar colleges in North America. The OT department is ranked among the top programs nationally by US News and World Report. The program has been continuously accredited since 1959 and is housed in an internationally known academic health science center.
