Christine Myers is a Clinical Associate Professor in the UF Department of Occupational Therapy, where she serves as the Director of the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program. Nicole Tester is an occupational therapist at UF’s Movement Disorders Clinic.
Dr. Galloway is one of our newest faculty members. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist, a board certified Music Therapist, and a certified leader for Stanford’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.

Sherrilene Classen, PhD, MPH, OTR/L, FAOTA, FGSA, has completed her 6-year term as Editor-in-Chief of OTJR: Occupation, Participation and Health, the official scientific publication of the American Occupational Therapy Foundation. The journal experienced significant success over the past six years. OTJR received a record number of submissions in 2020-2021.
A delegation of two faculty (Drs. Kramer and Liu), a post-doctoral associate, and four PhD students will attend the 9th Annual OT Summit of Scholars.
April is OT Month, and the class of 2021 UF occupational therapy students celebrated by writing letters to the editor and to state and national policy makers about occupational therapy’s distinct value. The student’s letters drew reader’s attention by linking current events and policy issues to the role of occupational therapy.
