Student Occupational Therapy Association

The Student Occupational Therapy Association’s mission is to serve the community in areas related to occupational therapy while developing members’ skills as future clinicians. SOTA attempts to encourage personal growth and knowledge of current trends in occupational therapy to those students interested in the field with guest speakers, and opportunities to get hands on experience serving alongside occupational therapists. SOTA builds community with social activities and service projects. SOTA also helps to further knowledge of the field of OT throughout the community and state by sponsoring student representations to attend state and national conventions.
